Why do you believe that you deserve staff? (150 Word Minimum)
I believe I deserve a shot at staff with my past experience and server activity I will be a valuable asset to the team. I know how to use the WiltOS, ULX, and Billy's whitelist consoles along with my communication skills. I have time put in and I know almost all of the server population. I would like to be apart of continuing to make this server great and building this community with excellent staff services and enjoyable moments for the community. I enjoy being able to teach new players and give them a good first impression of the server and dealing with the occasional minges, I feel like I can hold the standard that staff keeps the server at if I'm accepted. It has been a while since Ive been a staff member on a garry's mod server but I've helped make the ad along with starting up Inquisitors with Mary.
With my activity and experience in staff I will be a valuable asset to the team. I know how to use the wiltos, ULX, and Billys whitelist console along with having communication skills. I am active on the server along with having experience with a majority of the server pop.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
In the case of the offending party cursing and not willing to create a dialogue you have a few options. One would be to warn the person and if they persist you gag them and explain the punishment and ungag them to try talking again and administer the punishment with proper explanation in the reason. Two would be just administer the punishment and leave the explanation in reason.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?
In the case of multiple offenders/defendants I would separate them and talk with them one at a time, ask for the evidence and release those that have reported it. If all of them are offenders then I would separate them and if possible get assistance from another staff member to assist in making it as quick as possible while attempting to calm them down and collect the evidence for the proper verdict.
