Slight Changes to Starfighter Corps Jobs

Suggestion Idea: Slight Changes to SFC Jobs, Mostly Model Updates But there are a few Weapon Additions, removals, etc

Why add this:
Pilots shouldn't always be wearing their Flight suit 24/7 especially command & High command, so hopefully with this It will rectify this + The added changes will fit nicely with SFC with the addition of the LVS repair tool it'll allow us to do more immersive RP because it adds Spark and Light effects even when hitting walls.
