Reasoning:
My reasoning for adding RG is because right now, IQ is very stale with the jobs and there is not a lot to be able to play on. Having RG would allow IQ to have access to a fun job that would be higher clearance as well as guard higher clearance people as well. It would also make some sense for there to be at least a few RG around to protect the IQ area as well guard Vader or higher when they are online.
