Why do you believe that you deserve staff? (150 Word Minimum) I am prepared to work as a staff member. I shall assist players and take tickets without delay; I must not be AFK from On Duty. As a Moderator or Admin, I will not be nasty or violent with players. That is why I am a calm staff member that can handle it better. In any case, I would deserve a rank because I would be a Mod or admin for up to 5 months, allowing any player to enter and file a staff application, preventing the server from becoming overcrowded. I'm here to respect the server and contribute to the community as long as possible. In this community, I will read the rules and interact with the players, staff, and owner. I have spent 4,337 hours on Gmod Steam. I have a lot of Gmod. :) By the way, I will attempt, and most importantly, not screw it up. So, I'm ready to become as a staff member.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? As a Trial Moderator, I would notify an Admin or a higher admin to ban a player from MassRDM for up to 5 days for violating the rules. The player is free to request an appeal.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I'd like to tell them to calm down and explain what happened; if they've recorded clips in which someone broke the rules, and they ignore it, I'd call the admins so they could assist me, so they don't flee from the admin sit. If the player requested a Staff abuse report, I would recommend doing the interview via Discord or writing a forum post. I'll tell you how it went, and I'll send the video to Discord or the topic. That the players were toxic and refused to listen to me. If the Highest Administrator approves my claim, I will have won. Players could file an appeal.
