Adding ISB Models

Hi! Good Evening,

I think we should add the female ISB Agent Model to the ISB jobs:

models/nada/pms/female/isb.mdl

Mulitude of reasons:

1. Won't need to be remodelled every time I'm on my ISB job

2. It would be nice to be able to play my actual gender : )
